Refund policy

At Ethniqs by Richa, every piece is created with care and intention. We understand that sometimes a piece may not feel right—and we want your experience with us to feel easy and reassuring.

Returns : We currently do not offer refunds. All sales are final.  However, eligible products can be exchanged for another item or store credit of equal value.

Exchange Window : We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. unboxing video will make for easier approval. Exchanges are subject to product availability as we deal in limited pieces.

How to Initiate an Exchange : To request an exchange, please DM us with order number and the reason on WhatsApp@8755634358 or mail at ethniqsbyricha@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.

Kindly Note : Products purchased during sales or special offers may not be eligible for exchange. We request customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
